Can guests book lanes and parties online?

Yes. LaneTab Reservations puts a booking page on your website for lanes by the hour, birthday party packages and group events. Guests pay a deposit or the full amount when they book, through your own card processor or one we provide, sign the waiver online and get a reminder text, and LaneTab assigns the lanes. Do I have to switch my POS?

No. LaneTab works next to the POS you already run: guests order from their phone, tickets print in your kitchen and bar, and staff ring them up as usual. Clover is connected today, so orders land right in your Clover; other systems run alongside, with a direct connection available on request. If you don't have a POS, LaneTab is a full one too. Do I have to change card processors?

No. Choose how each order is paid: guests pay on their phone into your own account, your POS takes the payment, or your staff take it at the counter on your existing terminal, so your processor, your rates and your statement stay the same. See how it fits your setup →

Do guests have to download an app?

Never. They scan a QR code and order right in their phone's browser — no app, no account. (An optional native app exists for guests who want it.)

How and when do we get paid?

However you take payment today. If guests pay on their phone, funds land in your own account on every order, before the kitchen fires it, so there are no open tabs to chase and no walkouts. If your POS or your staff take the payment, it settles through your own processor exactly as it does now.

What hardware do we have to install?

Just your thermal printer. No on-site PC, no POS terminal, no tablet to babysit — the printer reaches our cloud over your internet connection.

Which printers work?

Star Micronics (CloudPRNT) and Epson (Server Direct Print / ePOS) thermal printers, natively over the cloud. Not sure about yours? Use the compatibility check above.

Is our data and our guests' payments secure?

Every venue is fully isolated (multi-tenant with row-level security), card data is handled by the payment processor, and LaneTab never stores card numbers.
