Messaging Terms

These terms cover the text messages LaneTab sends on behalf of the venues that use it. They apply whenever you give a venue your mobile number through LaneTab — for example when you join a waitlist or book a lane.

What you are agreeing to

You only receive texts if you give us your mobile number and ask to be messaged. Consent is never a condition of buying anything, and we never add a number that was given to us for some other purpose.

What we send

These are transactional messages about a visit you started. LaneTab does not send marketing texts unless a venue asks you separately and you agree to that separately.

How often

Message frequency varies by how you use the service. A typical waitlist visit is two messages: one when you join and one when your lane is ready. We deliberately do not text you every time the queue moves — that is what the status page linked in your first message is for.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. LaneTab does not charge you for text messages.

How to stop

Reply STOPto any message and we will stop texting that number. You will receive one final confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. You can still use LaneTab — you will just need to watch the desk or your status page instead of waiting for a text.

How to get help

Reply HELP to any message for information, or contact us at info@lanetab.com. For anything about your table, lane or order, the venue itself is the fastest route.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your handset, your plan and your carrier’s network.

Supported carriers

Messages are supported on major US carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, US Cellular and their affiliated networks.

Your privacy

Your mobile number and your consent to be texted are not shared with anyone. See the Privacy Policy for the full commitment and for how the rest of your information is handled.
